Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using MatchPoint, you agree to these terms. If you are using the app on behalf of a team or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

What the app provides

MatchPoint provides volleyball game scoring, team scheduling, and optional live streaming to YouTube. Features are provided as-is; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly during live events where network conditions are outside our control.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of scores, rosters, and schedules you enter.
• If you connect a YouTube channel, you are responsible for content streamed to that channel and for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You must have the right to share any photos or personal information you upload, particularly for minors. Team staff uploading athlete data represent that they have parental consent where required.
• You will not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' private data, or interfere with the app's operation.

YouTube integration

Connecting your YouTube account authorizes MatchPoint to create live broadcasts on your channel. You may revoke this access at any time from Settings → Stream or from your Google Account permissions page. You remain solely responsible for your YouTube channel and its compliance with YouTube's policies.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, team data, scores). By uploading, you grant MatchPoint a license to store and display that content as necessary to operate the service. The MatchPoint app, design, and code remain our property.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchPoint is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed scores, failed streams, or any indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
